When you come to see me for support there are any
number of techniques I can offer to use to help you. I tailor any therapy I use to suit you and your problem.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is, by far one of the most powerful and proactive therapy process' around today.  Whereas counselling and other therapy techniques often take any number of sessions to work, hypnotherapy can take as few as 2 - 3 sessions - in fact you should notice a big difference after your first session.  It is a very powerful and natural way of treating any psychosomatic problem - Everyone has ways of coping with issues, potential and resources to overcome any problems or challenges within themselves, the use of hypnotherapy can help you to unlock those positive resources that are already a part of who you are.

.

Hypnosis is a totally Natural State - It is a state that we enter into many times during a normal day - In a sense, every time we do something out of habit or routine, you could say that we are in a state of self-hypnosis, defaulting to a programmed response.  When we day dream or become engrossed in our favourite T.V programme or a good book, we enter a state of hypnosis.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis - The therapist is just a guide or a teacher, teaching you how to reach a really wonderful deep state of relaxation and whilst doing so, accessing the positive resources you need to help you overcome your problems.  No one can be hypnotised against their wishes or made to do anything against their will. Although there is nothing mystical or magical
about it, it can be an amazing experience.

Hypnotherapy is a healing therapy - Our bodies need to relax to recharge their ‘batteries’.Twenty minutes of hypnotherapy can be as revitalising as eight hours of sleep.

What does experiencing hypnosis feel like? - It is difficult to describe how you will feel when you undertake this experience as it is unique for everyone, but it can be like the feeling you get when you slip into a warm bath or lie on the beach in the sun, you feel so comfortable and relaxed, you know that you can open your eyes at any time but you just feel too comfortable to bother.  It is that feeling you have between being asleep and awake, when you are just about to drift off or just about to wake up.  No one can become ‘stuck’ in an hypnotic state, it is natural to awaken when ready.

Hypnotherapy really can help you change for the good -  If you have made that decision to change, whatever your problem, positive suggestions made whilst  you are under hypnosis can help you to break negative thought patterns and change those bad habits.

Who does it work for -  Hypnotherapy is a very proactive and holistic process but like anything else, it doesn't suite everybody - you have to be comfortable with giving it a go and happy to put in the commitment to the process.  The best candidates are people who are naturally interested and curious in trying new things.

If we decide that hypnotherapy is not right for you, we can still continue the positive changes using NLP, Counselling, CBT and Life Coaching techniques.

CHANGE THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHT PATTERNS AND
CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR GOOD!

Parts Therapy

Do you constantly feel as if you are being held back and unable to free yourself from that unwanted behaviour, those negative emotions, thoughts or feelings? Through Parts Therapy I can help you pinpoint the issues that are holding you back, freeing emotional blocks and breaking unwanted thought patterns, enabling you to break free and get your life back.

Relaxation Therapy Sessions

Are suitable for everyone whether you have a problem to work through or not. As the name implies it is a deeply relaxing and soothing therapy. Twenty to thirty minutes of deep relaxation therapy is as rejuvenating as 8 hours of sleep. We all need to relax occasionally, a time for our bodies and minds to catch up with themselves. Today’s lifestyles can be stressful and demanding with no time to stop and think. A session of relaxation therapy gives you time to catch up with yourself. It will help you regain balance and help you see things, especially things that have been worrying you, in a far more positive light, enabling you to cope better with all the stresses and strains that life throws at you. So go on, pamper yourself!

A TIME OF PEACE AND TRANQUILITY.
RELAXATION THERAPY IS A DEEPLY
HEALING THERAPY.

Regression Therapy

Throughout our life we may well be faced with many obstacles and difficulties, some  can be more traumatic than others. Our minds have an inbuilt ‘safety switch’ that tends to help us cope with daunting and stressful issues. Sometimes this safety switch turns off completely and helps us to block out events that it perceives to be too traumatic at the time. But the mind never forgets. When it is faced with certain stimulus the safety switch kicks in and can cause all sorts of problems to try and protect you from what is happening. These problems can manifest themselves as panic/anxiety attacks or phobias. Through regression therapy we can trace the problem to the initialising event.  By uncovering the event we can change the mind’s response to it and break the chain for good-

Helping you to get your life back!

Past Life Regression Therapy

Have you been here before?  Bhuddists believe that we live many lives and learn from each one, drawing upon wisdom from one life to the next.  What ever you believe Past Life Regression (PLR) is a fascinating subject.  People have been known to go into ‘past lives’ and come up with historical information which has proven to be true.  Whether you are interested in reliving a past life just for the experience or if you want to work through certain problems, it can be a very healing and worthwhile process.

Please note that this can be a very amazing and a profound journey of the mind - I would ask you to be fully open to, and pepared for this experience before embarking upon this process - you will know, intuitively, when you are ready.

PLR requires two sessions.
