About Emotional Freedom Techniques - EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique, previously called Thought Field Therapy (TFT), was developed in the 1990's by American Gary Craig, who refined the technique as we use it today.  He pioneered it's use for Vietnam veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with amazing results.

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture.  It is non evasive and does not use needles but a way of tapping these points using the finger tips, whilst voicing positive affirmations which then clear the emotional block, thus restoring a balance of mind and body.  It is particularly effective with overcoming cravings and stress related problems but can be used for a wide variety of ailments.

It can be used for all manner of physical and emotional problems, including but not limited to:

Trauma

Stress

Migraine/Headaches

Pain

Depression

Cravings

Anxiety

Panic

Phobias

Emotional Issues

Anger Issues

Confidence and Self Esteem

Really, the list is endless.

The process of EFT involves tapping on acupuncture points on the head, face, collar bone, hand or wrist and possibly fingers.  This is done whilst saying an affirmation involving the problem that you want to deal with.  It is a surprisingly simple technique to use, yet the results can be very powerful and amazing.

EFT is just one of the techniques I use to help people, not only to get their lives back on track, but to feel freer and more empowered than ever before.
