Terms and Conditions of Treatment.

I offer my clients a caring and professional service.  All appointments are taken in good faith that both parties, myself and you, the client, will endeavour to keep that appointment.  However, if either party is unable to make the appointment for any reason we will advise eachother accordingly in good time (preferably 24 hours notice).

My time is valuable and would ask that it is respected - therefore my policy is to charge an administration charge of £20.00 if appointments are missed without any form of notice.

Note: If a deposit has been paid in advance, this will be deducted from any charge forthcoming.
