Terms and Conditions of Treatment.

I offer my clients a caring and professional service.  All appointments are taken in good faith that both parties, myself and you, the client, will endeavour to keep that appointment.  However, if either party is unable to make the appointment for any reason we will advise eachother accordingly in good time (a minimun of 24 hours please).

My time is valuable and would ask that it is respected - therefore my policy is to charge an administration charge of £35.00 for short notice cancellations (within 24 hours) and for appointments missed without any form of notice.

If the amount is not cleared within 28 days a reminder will be sent.  Please note that payment reminiders incur a further administration charge of £5.00 per letter.

Note: If a deposit has been paid in advance, this will be deducted from any charge forthcoming.
