Terms and Conditions of Treatment.

I offer my clients a caring and professional service.  All appointments are taken in good faith that both parties, myself and you, the client, will endeavour to keep that appointment.  However, if either party is unable to make the appointment for any reason we will advise eachother accordingly in good time.

My time is valuable and would ask that it is respected - therefore my policy is to charge a fee equal to that of the full therapy session if appointments are missed without any form of notice.

Also, for appointments held at Naturally Gifted, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required, appointments cancelled with less notice are subject to an administration fee of £20.00.

Note: If a deposit has been paid in advance, this will be deducted from any charge forthcoming.
