How does it work?

Firstly, we look at what is holding you back, why aren't you achieving the things in your life you would like to achieve - that dream job, that great relationship, a healthier life style, creating a better balance in life, getting that promotion, being the winner you know you can be.

By breaking it down into a step by step approach we can begin to make your dreams into a reality - challenging limiting beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your full potential in life.

How long does it take?

Like everything else in life the more you put into it and commit to the process the more you will get from it.  Life Coaching is a beneficial and holistic process that can help you to achieve measurable results.

I recommend a programme of four 1 hour sessions which can be taken over a period of time, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with telephone or e-mail support in between sessions.

Life Coaching, duration 1 hour .... £45.00 per session - pay for a course of 4 sessions and save £20.00

includes back up support between sessions.
